GoChi is the ultimate beverage for my endurance, mental clarity and mobility. It is also the only functional beverage that has had clinical testing done on the actual beverage which is formulated from Goji berries. Along with plenty of water during the day and some fish oil, I believe GoChi will help me stay healthy until the end.

Vitamin Water! As a cola addict I'm proud to say this product has helped me break the Coke & Pepsi habit! The Green Tea and Mango flavors rock.

Proactiv..this could be an add seriously :)..i am 29 and had acne all my life. Have used everything from $50 creams to $5 products and nothing ever helped. I came across proactiv at the local mall and have been using it since. I did not have a breakout in months.

Burt's Bees hand salve is perfect for cracked hands and feet in the winter... oragel is AMAZING for toothaches, and I love kashi granola for a quick and filling breakfast.

I have two favorite health products. The first is a Neti Pot. It is a ceramic pot used to cleanse nasal passages. For years I suffered from sinus infections. One day my doctor told me about this ingenious, simple system for cleaning sinuses and recommended the Neti Pot. I've been using this system for four years and have not had one sinus infection or cold since - honestly. I bought my Neti Pot at Whole Foods; they come in different sizes and designs. Mine is lime green with blue polka dots!

The other product by which I swear is my Clarisonic skin-cleansing system: a battery-operated, handheld device that comes with rotating brushes for different parts of the body, as well as a gentle cleanser. I use it religously on my face, neck, chest; I use the tougher brushes to exfoliate skin on my upper arms and thighs where those little dimples often appear on skin. Following exfoliation, I use Hydra 5 B-Complex enhancer, followed by Sea Silk Oil-Free Moisturizer, both from Cellex. The entire system is addicting and my face has never felt softer.

My Aveeno face wash. I have sensitive skin but I am prone to breakouts and this is the only wash I have found that is gentle but helps my skin stay clear!

When there is a real chill in the air, especially when it is paired with a brisk windbone chilling wind, I can talk myself right out of my daily run. But I discovered that if I keep my hands and ears protected it doesn't feel nearly as bad. The best discovery I have found are Earbags, yes, that's what they are called. I bought mine at an REI store in Atlanta, GA, but there is a website, www.earbagsus.com written right inside the small, fleece covered, flexible ear pieces that fit perfectly around each ear. They allow room for my earbuds so I still get to listen to my favorite tunes!

I'm 30 and I still love the idea of gummy bear vitamins. Also I love aspirin because it doesn't knock me out, and I love Excedrin Migraine because it does, and both get rid of their respective levels of headache.

Oil of Olay Regenerist - smoothes out your skin, makes you look and feel younger.
Cellex-C exfoliating gel mask - you put it on and wait a few, then start rubbing. It comes off in beads, taking off all the old skin on your face, even pulls blackheads out. It's amazing that you just washed your face before you put it on, but the beads are black..I can just imagine the crud it's cleaning. Your face feels like a baby's butt when you're done *L*.

You recently chose the Nexcare Waterproof Bandages in your 20 favorite body products. I have tried the Nexcare as well as the Band-Aid brand waterproofbandages and find them to be almost identical. The Band-Aids come 30 bandages in a simple cardboard box while the Nexcare come 10 bandages in an elaborate plastic container. I try to always be mindful of packaging when making a purchase, and therefore the more eco-friendly Band-Aids get my vote and I no longer use the Nexcare bandages.

Zycam is the most amazing product for colds. Whenever I feel a cold coming on I start taking it and my cold either completely goes away or is much shorter and less severe. Also, if you don't catch your cold quick enough, Zycam Extreme Decongestant clears your sinuses within minutes.

Last year I got a horrible head cold and the taste of coffee was awful. I had to keep going so I started drinking Yerba Mate Tea every morning. Even though I enjoy coffee again, I still enjoy my morning pick me up of Mate.

Vitamins the kind where they are all in one little package, you can them at Costco!

Here's one that's just gaining popularity: YOTTA BARS. These are chewy granola bars, but they have tons of vegetables inside. You can't even taste the veggies because they taste like cherry or apple cinnamon. I carry them in my purse all the time and they're only 120 calories. I think they sell them at Whole Foods.
